"THE CATECHISM lays the deep foundations for the preparation of the personality of the Christian, from early infancy, when the teaching received is engraved more deeply on the mind and leaves a more lasting mark, like a seed cast on good soil, which will germinate in due time (cf. Mt 13,23; Lk 8,15).
